Water Submetering is a very widely accepted form of utility cost recovery. Our water submetering equipment is inexpensive, accurate and reliable. We use standard ANSI approved water meters, with installations available to measure 100% of domestic water consumption. A plumber installs an individual water meter in each unit, which is equipped with an individual transmitter that transmits the readings back to a central source, then back to our billing system.

 

We use the industry standard Inovonics Wireless Platform, which is the most reliable wireless platform on the market. This makes the retrieval of data both reliable and efficient. The process is represented in the following flow chart:
