Seeking a Service Coordinator to be based at our Colorado Springs office. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Position will require dedicated customer service and a professional telephone manner.
Role will include scheduling for 3 technicians, coordination of installation and service functions, and using reports to determine priority of service calls. Must work well in a fast-paced work environment, be able to multi-task, and prioritize projects for several managers. Must be computer literate and have previous experience with MS Office Suite of software including Excel, Access, and Word. The ability to work independently and as a team member is important.

You are a reliable self-starter who is capable of working well independently or as part of a team. Your career path has included
2-3 years experience low voltage wiring, alarm, cable, or telephone installation (or similar). You have
